Total cocoa owned by agronomist José Carlos Soares de Assis, is a set of 11 cocoa farms, located in the municipalities of Uruçuca and Buerarema, in the zone known as the Serrado. There are approximately 600 hectares of cocoa with a percentage of 60% cloned with different types of clones.
Located in a region with a hot and humid climate with a regularity of rain of 190 mm, it provides a soil of excellent quality for planting cocoa.
